Simple, repeatable practices you can run on your own: breath cadences that settle the system, ways of standing back inside your body during a hard day. Nothing exotic. Everything usable.

Small group containers for men doing this work together. Regulation is contagious: a room of settling nervous systems makes it easier for yours to settle too.
